Navratri Menu Planning | meal plan ideas for fasting | vrat special lunch/dinner ideas – Meal planning is a tedious task. In fact, sometimes we feel that cooking is much easier as compared to planning and thinking about what to cook. Especially, in times of fasting/vrat it becomes more complicated since options are limited. We have designed the below meal plan, especially for fasting days, so it becomes easy for you all to plan and prepare your meals.
