How to prepare Caramel Sauce
First you need to melt the sugar completely. And you need to do this on a low flame. Once that is done, you just need to add cream and butter and mix. If while adding cream and butter, you find that the caramel has started to thicken and it is difficult to mix everything, again reheat on a low flame and keep stirring continuously.
We have used salted butter in the recipe and so havenโt added salt. But if you are using unsalted butter, then you can add pinch of salt.
