
Strawberry Blueberry Ice Cream – 5 Ingredients | Egg-free | No Churn
An easy and hassle-free recipe of Strawberry Ice Cream – you can omit adding blueberries and make this; we had fresh blueberries in our fridge and so we decided to add them for some extra bite and colour.
This eggless ice cream recipe (as you may read in the title itself) is a no-churn and quick recipe. Plus it requires only 5 ingredients. You just need to mix and whip up all the ingredients and our ice cream is ready to be set. The most difficult part of this recipe – waiting till the ice cream sets in freezer. Yes, rest of the procedure is pretty simple. You just have to whip up the chilled cream, add in the fruit puree, condensed milk, vanilla and chopped fruits. That’s it !!!!
As we have mentioned earlier, you may decide to omit adding blueberries and make this recipe. In that case, you may increase the quantity of chopped strawberries. You can even choose to add some other fruits or can even try other combinations with strawberries, like – raspberry, chocolate chips, chopped cashews/raisins….choice is all yours.

Strawberry Blueberry Ice Cream – 5 Ingredients | Egg-free | No Churn

Ingredients (1 cup = 240 ml)
- 200 grams or 8-10 strawberries pureed or (1/2 cup strawberry puree)
- ½ cup condensed milk
- 200 ml chilled whipping cream
- 2-3 strawberries chopped
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Instructions
- In a bowl, add condensed milk, strawberry puree and vanilla essence. Mix well with a beater/whisk. Set aside.
- Pour chilled whipping cream into a deep wide bowl. Beat on a medium speed until soft peaks form.
- Now add in the prepared strawberry mixture. Also add chopped strawberries and blueberries. Mix gently by cut and fold method. Do not beat or over-mix.
- Pour the mixture into a tin/air-tight container. Cover it tightly with cling wrap/lid. Keep it in the freezer section of refrigerator to set for 8 hours or overnight.
- Strawberry Blueberry Ice Cream is ready to serve.
