Mooli (Radish) Salad Recipe | Mooli lachha
This recipe is a combination of tangy and spicy flavours of mooli, lime juice & pepper powder. It gets ready with just 4 ingredients and is a perfect accompaniment to a main course

Ingredients (1 cup = 240 ml)
- 1 mooli/radish
- juice of ½ lemon
- ¼ teaspoon pepper powder
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash & peel radish/mooli, cut off the edges on both ends and grate.
- Combine all the ingredients except salt in a deep bowl. Mix well.
- Cover with a lid and refrigerate it for atleast 15-20 minutes.
- Just before serving, add salt and mix well.
- Serve this as an accompaniment alongwith any parathas/theplas or vegetable khichdi or vegetable pulao.
