Hello From Tampa Fl. I was craving something sweet…not sloppy sweet…maybe even heatlthier. Anyway, I happened across your website. I’ve been using more wheat flour lately(although I’m really not much of a baker) and looking for healthier recipes. This one sounded interesting so I decided to try it. Well, I’m very happy I did. I used fat free Greek yogurt. I wasn’t sure how the dough should be so I kept adding a bit of milk until all the mixture came together and my dough was smooth and pliable. I think I rolled them a little to thin, but they seemed okay after baking in the oven 10 minutes. After they cooled a bit, I mixed up the powdered sugar and a tsp or so of cinnamon….no milk…. put all the doughnuts in the bowl added a lid on the bowl and turned things around until they were well coated. I’m not sure if you still see these comments, but I just want to say thank you for the recipe and I will be making them again. Yummy!
