
No Bake Dragon Fruit Jam Tarts
These no bake, easy and healthy tarts gets ready with just 3 ingredients. We have used dates for the binding, so as to use less butter.
We have filled these tarts with dragon fruit jam and topped with strawberries. We have shared dragon fruit jam recipe in our earlier post. You can even fill these tarts with your favourite mix chopped fruits.
These tarts can be prepared in advance and kept in refrigerator. You can fill them you’re your favourite toppings at the time of serving.

Ingredients (1 cup = 240 ml)
For the Tart Crust
- 10 dates seedless
- 7 digestive biscuits
- 2 tablespoon melted butter
For the filling
- 4-5 tablespoon dragon fruit jam
Topping
- sliced strawberries
Instructions
For the Tart Crust
- Take dates and digestive biscuits in a mixer/grinder and grind till you get a smooth mixture.
- Now take the mixture in a bowl and gradually add 2 tablespoon melted butter and mix well until the mixture resembles a dough.
- Line tart moulds with parchment paper. Divide crust between the moulds and press firmly using your hands to form a uniform crust. Press it more in the centre with your thumb to make space for our filling, just as shown in the picture below.
- Put in the freezer section of the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.
Assembling
- Take out the prepared tarts from the refrigerator.
- Put about a spoonful of dragon fruit jam on it.
- Garnish with sliced strawberry.
- Serve chilled.
