Put it in a large steel or glass container. Use any freezer-safe big-sized container. Cover with a lid.
Place it in the freezer section of the refrigerator. Use as required. Do not defrost the whole quantity. Take out as much quantity as needed.

Take out the required quantity from the freezer in a bowl. Add hot water, cover it, and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
