Mango Ice Cream with step by step photos | eggless, no cook mango ice cream recipe
Summer is the season for mangoes. This is a creamy and rich mango ice cream that gets ready with just 5 ingredients and does not require any cooking. This is a quick and easy-to-make ice cream that is –

The process of making this ice cream is pretty simple – you just need to add all the ingredients to a mixer jar and blend. Since we have added less cream in this recipe, you need to churn the ice cream 2-3 times to get a smooth and creamy texture.
How to make Mango Ice Cream Recipe | Step-wise process :
- In a mixer/blender jar, combine cream, milk, milk powder and mango cubes. Blend till mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Taste the sweetness and add sugar accordingly. Again blend till sugar dissolves.
- Transfer the mixture to an air-tight (freezer safe) container and freeze for 3-4 hours until it is semi-set.
- Blend again till the mixture is smooth. Once again transfer the mixture to an air-tight (freezer safe) container and freeze for 3-4 hours.
- Repeat the blending process again. You can blend every 3-4 hours for 2-3 times in total.
- After blending for 2-3 times, freeze for 6-8 hours or till ice cream is set. Enjoy.

Ingredients (1 cup = 240 ml)
- ½ cup chilled cream (can use amul cream)
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup milk powder
- 2 mangoes peeled and cut into cubes
- 1-2 tablespoon sugar (adjust sugar to taste)
