Once the chocolate combines well pour the pudding mixture into the serving bowl or glasses.

NOTE: If you are using plastic/disposable containers for serving, then let the pudding mixture cool down a bit before you pour it into them. Whisk once before pouring. If you feel the pudding mixture has become lumpy after cooling down, then you can blend it once in the mixer.

Pro Tips

  • If you are using plastic/disposable containers for serving, then let the pudding mixture cool down a bit before you pour it into them. Whisk once before pouring. If you feel the pudding mixture has become lumpy after cooling down, then you can blend it once in the mixer.
  • We have used tetra pack orange juice which already contains sugar. So, we have not added sugar to the recipe. But if you are using freshly squeezed orange juice, then you can add about 1 tablespoon of sugar to the mixture. Taste and add sugar as per the tanginess of the oranges.
  • We have used dairy milk chocolate. You can also use compound or couverture chocolate.
  • Instead of corn flour or cornstarch, you can also use vanilla-flavored custard powder.
  • If you feel that there are lumps in the pudding mixture then once the pudding mixture cools down completely, you can blend it once in the mixer and then pour it into the serving bowl or glasses for setting.
