Chocolate Ganache | how to make chocolate ganache for cake frosting
Ganache is a super-quick and easy cake frosting. When drizzled over chocolate cake or just a simple vanilla cake, it really enhances the flavour.
This delectable frosting requires only 3 ingredients – you just need to mix them up and its ready. We are sharing microwave method for making ganache. That’s a no-cook method.
Just combine chocolate and cream in a bowl and microwave. Once it gets completely melt, then add butter and mix. Chocolate Ganache is ready. You need to refrigerate ganache for at least an hour before using it. By freezing, ganache will become stiff and it will be easy for you to decorate your cakes and muffins.

Ingredients (1 cup = 240 ml)
- 100 grams semi-sweet chocolate bar chopped into pieces
- ½ cup cream (or 100 ml ) can use amul cream
- 1 tablespoon butter room temperature
Instructions
- Take chopped chocolate and cream in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for about 30 seconds for 2-3 times. Take out the bowl every time and mix to see how much the chocolate has melted.
- Once it gets completely melt, then add 1 tablespoon soft butter (at room temperature) and mix.
- Chocolate Ganache is ready. Refrigerate for about an hour.
