Besan Dry Fruits Ladoo in Microwave in just 7 minutes | quick besan ladoo recipe

Besan Ladoo or Besan ke Laddoo is a very popular Indian sweet prepared specially during festivals like Holi, Diwali.

Usually it is prepared by roasting besan with ghee and then adding sugar and chopped nuts. But, with this quick and easy microwave recipe you don’t need to spend time in the kitchen to make these. These ladoos gets ready in just 7 minutes!

Yes, you heard it right. When we say 7 minutes, that includes the cooking time in Microwave. This will take a few more minutes to prep up all the ingredients and in the end to shape ladoos. Traditionally for making these ladoos, coarse gram flour is used. But we have used besan instead and for that coarse texture we have added sooji (semolina). If you have coarse gram flour you can use that instead. Just add in equal proportion as our besan+sooji quantity.

We have used Microwave Oven of 900 Watts capacity.  Roasting time of besan will vary as per the capacity of the microwave. For the first time, we suggest to keep checking after 30-40 seconds. Also, for the initial roasting we have reduced the power to MEDIUM (600 Watts). Besan burns quickly, so just keep checking and stirring the mixture.
