Now combine roasted cumin seeds powder, green chili, coriander leaves, chaat masala and rock salt/salt in a grinder and blend well.
Add about 1 tablespoon dahi/curd, grind again until everything gets properly blended.
Add the mixture to the bowl containing dahi/curd alonwith 1 cup water and whisk well.
Pour into glasses, top it with ice cubes and serve chilled.
Notes
•You can also add 5-6 finely chopped mint leaves.•You can adjust the spices as per your taste.•You can also sprinkle additional chaat masala or roasted jeera powder while serving.
