Wipe sama rice with a kitchen towel to remove any dust particles. Repeat this process with sabudana, and keep both separately.
Take sama rice in a mixer jar and blend to a fine powder. Sift through a fine sieve. Some uncrushed sama granules will remain in the sieve.
Put these remaining sama granules back in the mixer and add the sabudana and crush.
Again sift the mixture through a fine sieve. Some granules will again remain in the sieve.
Now add rajgara flour and singhare ka atta to the mixer jar along with the the sama+sago granules in the sieve and blend.
Again sift the mixture through a fine sieve.
Mix the flour collected in the bowl. Now the farali flour is ready. Store in an air-tight container.
Some granules will still remain in the sieve. Collect them in a bowl and store in an air tight container. These will be crushed sama+sabudana granules. You can use these while making any of your favourite vrat recipes like – Sama Pulao, Sabudana Khichdi or Sama Kheer.
