Instructions
For paneer tikka marination
Take hung curd in a wide bowl.
Add all the ingredients for marination to the yogurt- ginger garlic paste, dhaniya+jeera powder, kitchen king masala, chaat masala, salt, lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon oil. Mix everything well.
Now add paneer cubes, onion, baby corn and bell peppers.
Mix well till the paneer cubes and veggies are well coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
For the dough
Through a very sieve, sift wheat flour. To it add salt, sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
Then add 1 tablespoon oil and knead into a stiff and smooth dough adding curd/buttermilk gradually. Once kneaded, add little oil and knead for 2-3 minutes till it becomes smooth.
Preparing pizza
Grease a baking tin with oil.
Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough in 2 equal portions. From this much quantity we will prepare 2 thick pizza of about 7 inches.
Take one portion of the dough and roll into a round of about 7 inches. Coat the remaining dough with oil, cover and keep aside till the other pizza is baked.
Place rolled base on a greased baking tin.
Spread pizza sauce, put marinated toppings (paneer, bell peppers, baby corn). Top it up with grated cheese. Put some more marinated vegetables.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes.Serve hot. Enjoy.
