Ingredients (1 cup = 240 ml)

heaped walnuts

heaped almonds

tablespoon
powdered rock sugar/mishri

tablespoon
ghee
Instructions
Take walnuts in a mixer jar and crush. Do not crush at a stretch, stop at every 10 seconds. Take crushed walnuts in a bowl.
In the same mixer jar, add almonds and crush them. Add them to the bowl containing crushed walnuts.
To it add powdered rock sugar and ghee. Mix well and make small round balls from it.
You may add more rock sugar if you prefer it sweeter. If you feel that it is difficult to make balls, you may add more ghee for binding.
Store these balls in an air-tight container.
