rai/mustard seeds

jeera/cumin seeds
¼

hing/asafoetida

green chillies, finely chopped
small piece of ginger, grated
pinch of turmeric/haldi powder
salt to taste
pinch of jeera/cumin seeds powder

milk

lemon juice (adjust to taste)

teaspoon
sugar (adjust to taste)
small bunch of coriander leaves, chopped
Instructions
Remove corn kernels from corn cobs with the help of a knife.
Take corn kernels into a mixer/grinder jar and blend into coarse paste.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Then add hing, finely chopped green chillies, grated ginger and corn paste. Mix well.
Saute for 5-6 minutes till corn changes its colour.
Then add turmeric powder, salt and jeera powder and mix.
Now add milk and stir.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook on a low flame until all the milk evaporates and the mixture thickens. Stir in-between.
Turn off the flame and add sugar, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix well
Serve hot.
