This green chutney is a classic lip-smacking Gujarati dish. Rajkot green chutney requires only a few basic ingredients and can be served with a variety of appetizers.

1/8 teaspoon or pinch of turmeric if you want to consume the chutney during vrat (fasting) and do not consume turmeric during vrat, you can skip adding it
Instructions
Take raw peanuts in a mixer jar. Blend coarsely.
Now take out the crushed peanuts in a bowl.
In the same jar, add chili pieces, lemon juice, turmeric powder, and salt. Blend.
Now add crushed peanuts and blend again.
Add water if you prefer a slightly thin consistency.
