½cupdesiccated coconut + 1 tablespoon more for coating

Chocolate Walnut Rolls
13-14chocolate chip biscuitspowdered
¼cupwalnutschopped
1tablespooncocoa powder
1tablespoonmilk powder
1tablespoonmelted butter
½ - 1teaspoonmilk
2-3chocolate chip biscuitspowdered – for coating
Instructions
Date Cashew Rolls
In a non-stick pan, combine milk and chopped dates. Cook on a medium flame and keep mashing dates with the help of a wooden spoon.
You will notice that the mixture will start getting thick and will form a thick paste. At this point, reduce the flame to low and add cashew powder and milk powder. Mix well and keep stirring till mixture thickens.
Add ghee, mix and cook till mixture leaves sides of the pan. Keep stirring continuously on low flame.
Remove from flame and let the mixture cool down completely.
Shape rolls from the mixture and roll them in cashew powder. You can even shape them in small round balls.
Keep refrigerated and enjoy.
Coconut Dry Fruit Rolls
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add desiccated coconut. Cook on a low flame for 1-2 minutes. Keep stirring.
Now add milk powder and mixed chopped nuts. We have used almonds and cashews. You can use any combination of your favourite nuts.
Stir for about a minute and add honey. Cook and stir for about a minute and then add milk. Check the sweetness level and adjust the quantity of honey. If you find the mixture too dry then add little milk gradually.
Cook till mixture thickens and forms a lump.
Remove from flame and let the mixture cool down completely.
Shape rolls from the mixture and roll them in desiccated coconut. You can even shape them in small round balls.
Keep refrigerated and enjoy.
Chocolate Walnut Rolls
In a wide bowl, add powdered biscuits, cocoa powder, milk powder, chopped walnuts and melted butter.
Mix well with hands and form a dough like lump adding milk gradually. Start with ½ teaspoon milk, then add more milk, if required.
Shape rolls from the mixture and roll them in biscuit powder. You can even shape them in small round balls.
