Fresh Red Chilli Chutney Recipe

Ingredients (1 cup = 240 ml)

fresh red chillies

grams
sugar
juice of 2 lemons
salt to taste
Instructions
Wash fresh red chillies and pat them dry. Remove most of the seeds and stem from the chillies and roughly chop them.
In a bowl, combine chillies, lime juice, sugar and salt and soak for about 2-3 hours.
Then grind these ingredients in mixer/grinder and make a fine paste.
Heat a pan and cook this paste till all the moisture evaporates.
Cool and store in sterilized plastic bottle/container in deep freezer. You can use it as required.
This chutney can be stored and preserved for months.
Notes
You have to soak the chillies for atleast 2-3 hours. If you have more time, you can soak them for more hours also.
