Heat oil in a small non-stick pan on a medium flame. Add dry red chilli and jeera.
Once it splutters, add green chilli and then immediately add chopped mangoes and strawberries. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now add grated ginger and salt. Give a quick stir.
Then add all the spice powders - dhania powder, jeera powder, chat masala and sugar. Mix well and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes. By now, chutney would have released its moisture and fruits must have cooked completely.
Remove from flame and let it cool down completely.
Serve this tangy fruity chutney with parathas or as a dip with crackers, nacho chips or puris.
