Knead the dough for atleast 10 minutes by hands. If you are using a stand mixer, check after 5 minutes of kneading in it.
Take a small portion of the dough and start stretching it with your fingers. You need to stretch till it becomes so thin that you can see the light through it and even your fingers. If the dough tears/breaks then you need to knead for a few more minutes.
