Cook ½ packet maggi noodles in 105 ml water with a pinch of salt. Keep aside.
Take boiled and mashed potato in a deep bowl.
Add chopped green chilli, grated ginger, chopped onion and all the dry spice powders - coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala, maggi tastemaker and salt.
Mix well and form into a patty shape.
Coat the patty with cooked maggi noodles and press lightly.
Heat oil on a flat non-stick tava. Put the patty on it and shallow fry the patty from both sides till slightly golden.
For Maggi Rice
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add chopped onions and saute till onions turn transparent.
Then add tomatoes and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Now add peas, carrots, maggi noodles and 1 cup water.
Cook for about a minute and then add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, maggi tastemaker and salt. Mix well.
Once noodles gets completely cooked, add cooked rice and mix well.
Remove from flame. Set aside.
For the Maggi Masala flavoured Tomato-Onion Sauce
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add finely chopped onions and garlic. Saute till onions turn transparent and raw smell of garlic and onion goes away.
Now add chopped tomato and cook till tomatoes becomes pulpy.
In the end add tomato ketchup, maggi tastemaker, black pepper powder and salt.
For Stir Fried Vegetables
Heat butter in a non-stick pan and add carrots and french beans. Sprinkle salt and maggi tastemaker and stir fry the vegetables until al dente. They should not be over cooked.
Once done, keep the vegetables aside.
Assembling the Sizzler
Heat sizzler plate over an open flame till it is hot. Once the plate is hot, place it on a wooden tray.
Grease the plate with a little butter, place few cabbage leaves or lettuce leaves on the plate. Place the prepared Maggi Potato Patty on one side, Stir Fried Vegetables in the center and Maggi Rice on the other side.
Top it with maggi masala flavoured tomato-onion sauce and more butter and serve immediately along with the sizzling effect.
