red chilli powder
¼
teaspoon
cumin seeds/jeera power
¼
teaspoon
coriander/dhaniya powder
½
teaspoon
powdered sugar
salt to taste
Instructions
Wash, peel and grate mango.
Peel and grate Onion.
In a bowl, combine chopped raw mango and onion.
Add salt, red chilli powder, jeera powder, dhaniya powder and powdered sugar. Mix well.
Serve this tangy kachumber as a side dish along with your lunch or dinner.

Serve this kachumber immediately after adding all the spices. Otherwise salad will leave its moisture.
