Ingredients (1 cup = 240 ml)

Instructions
Remove green husk and silk threads from corn - clean and wash properly
Cut into half
Steam cook corn - add water in pressure cooker, place a stand - put corn cobs on the stand
Pressure cook till 3 whistles. Once pressure releases, open lid and remove corn cobs
Run a knife through it and take out the corn kernels as shown in the video and step wise pictures
Once cooled completely, store in a zip-lock bag or air-tight container
Seal properly and store in freezer section of refrigerator - defrost only the quantity that is required
