Instructions
In a mixer/blender jar, combine chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilli. Add 1 tablespoon curd/dahi and blend to a smooth paste. Keep aside.
In a bowl, take curd and add the prepared green paste. Whisk well.
Now add jeera powder, chaat masala and salt. Mix well.
In the end add crumbled paneer and mix.
Garnish with crumbled paneer and sprinkle red chilli powder.
Serve this hariyali paneer dip chilled with potato chips, nacho chips, crackers or your favourite veggies cut into long strips.
