Roughly chop plums and discard the seed. If you are assembling the parfait in a small bowl or glass, then chop them into small pieces. Alternatively, chop them in big chunks if you are assembling the parfait in a big bowl or glass.
Assemble parfait directly in a serving bowl or glass. Layer the parfait with granola, followed by greek yogurt/hung curd and chopped plums. Repeat the layers if you are using a slightly big bowl or glass. Finally, drizzle little honey on top and serve.

We have added plums, but you can add any of your favourite fruits. Try adding seasonal fruits to enhance the flavour.
Here we are using plain Greek yogurt, but you can use any flavoured yogurt.
You can add your favourite nuts, seeds and dried fruits as per your choice.
