Do not add salt in mooli salad, otherwise it will leave moisture. Just before serving, add salt and mix well.
For vegetable khichdi, you can add any of your favourite vegetables.
Prepare bajra dough just before you want to make rotlas. Otherwise the dough will become loose and sticky and it would be difficult to roll.
Gujarati recipes have a mild touch of sweetness to them. So for kadhi, we have added jaggery. You can also substitute it for sugar. Also, you can skip adding sweetness if you do not like sweet taste.
