Eggless Spiced Carrot Muffins | how to make eggless carrot walnut muffinsÂ
These spiced carrot muffins are perfect to serve and enjoy with a cup of tea/coffee. We have already shared the recipe for Eggless Carrot Walnut Cake.
We have modified the recipe a bit and also added spice powders to the batter to make these these muffins even more flavourful and interesting.
For the spice powders, we have added cinnamon powder and all-spice powder. All-spice powder is a combination of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg powder. The proportion of nutmeg powder is less as compared to the other two. If you do not have all-spice powder, you can mix all the three powders and use as required.
For the crunch, we have added chopped walnuts. You can also add raisins to the batter. You can serve these muffins warm or at room temperature.
Tips and Suggestions to make perfect Eggless Carrot Muffins :
- Baking time depends on your convection. We suggest you remain alert after 35 minutes. If the cake does not get ready after 35 minutes, you may bake for a few more minutes.
- Either grease the tin with oil/butter and dust it with wheat flour. Second way is to spread oil/butter and then line it with parchment paper/baking sheet. Read our step-wise procedure on How to Grease a Cake Tin – 2 ways
- All the ingredients to be used, should be at room temperature.
